JP2fan: Thanks for hosting this discussion. I had a really hard time getting this book and finally received it through Inter-Library Loan from University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. Did anyone else have trouble finding Benedictus? How can we get this fine book into local and parish libraries?

Melanie: i don't have this book. could someone post order info and a bio of the author?

gogiants: I think it would be great for each KC Council to try to put the Pope's books (at the very least) into each library. It would also be nice to have the book of the month club book available in every parish in Wyoming

Admin: The book doesn't give any biographical information about Fr. Cameron. However, I found the following notice at the Web site of Holy Ghost Catholic Church (Tiperton, Rhode Island): "Our Annual Lenten Mission has now been confirmed! Monday, February 18 thru Wednesday, February 20th, 2008. This mission will be preached by the renouned Fr. Peter John Cameron. [He] is a native of Providence, Rhode Island. He is the author of The Classics of Catholic Spirituality (Alba House) and a new book of Eucharistic devotions, The Presence Before Me (Servant Books). Fr. Cameron is the Editor-in-Chief of Magnificat." The site also has a photo of him. By the way, Benedictus can be ordered through the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council's Web site.
